Justice is an attorney whose practice focuses on health law and regulatory counseling, including compliance, transactional matters, and policy issues affecting healthcare organizations. Justice's broader legal experience includes litigation support in D.C. Superior Court, including legal research, motion practice, discovery, and client counseling.
Justice has previously served as Federal Relations Counsel at the American Association for Justice, where he led federal legislative strategy and government affairs on behalf of the plaintiffs' trial bar. He previously held legal and policy positions at the American Medical Association and the American Civil Liberties Union, working across health policy, civil liberties, and advocacy. He began his career on Capitol Hill, serving on the staffs of Senator Dianne Feinstein and Senator Charles Schumer.
